Questions about directory quotes
Answers on scoping a quote, pricing, samples, introductions, vendor questions, vetting, templates and corrections.
What information helps scope a quote?
Region, family office type (SFO, MFO, virtual), sector focus, approximate number of records, timeline, and how you plan to use the directory.
Is requesting a quote a purchase?
No. A quote request is an enquiry. You decide after you see the scope and price.
Do you publish a public checkout price?
No. Coverage varies by request, so pricing is quoted after we understand the scope.
How is this different from a free public list?
Guides and templates on this site help you plan. A quoted directory is scoped to your criteria.
Will you introduce me to family offices?
No. We do not sell introductions or promise meetings or funding.
Can I see a sample before a quote?
Use the sample pages to see the kind of public fields discussed. Detailed delivery format is covered in the quote.
What should I ask any directory vendor?
See the Comparison page: coverage, field definitions, source dates, corrections, delivery format, updates, and support.
How do I vet names I already have?
Use the Vet guide: check public sources, note dates, separate stated facts from assumptions, and record gaps.
Are the email templates free to use?
Yes. Edit them for your facts. They are starting points, not legal advice.
Who answers quote requests?
A directory specialist on the team. Phone (305) 333-1155 if you want to talk first.
Is this investment or legal advice?
No. Educational and commercial enquiry pages only.
How do I correct information you hold?
Contact Support with the firm name and the change requested.
